Your dream is probably telling you that she is probably sleeping with other men it might be a sign but you don't know for sure, if you ask her if she's sleeping woth other men then she might think that you don't trust her with your realtioship:)

My thoughts. I had the same dream with the girl that recently broke up with me.

It means nothing, It's a dream. If you think she is cheating on you IN REAL LIFE, bring it up. Don't let that hide.

I reckon that your having unconsious fears about what may or may happen with your current girlfriend, this doesn't nesecessarily mean she would cheat on you,you could just have anxiety that she may leave you, we tend to punish oursleves with our fears when we're really happy, we're scared it will all end at some stage, but this could be for life or it could not, but don't a dream comfirm that because it's not real, enjoy what you have now for as long a you let yourself :)
