I apply for form I 130 which is petition for alien relative. My application was approved last week. Does anyone know what is the next step?

In my notice it says, that I need to fill out I 824 so that the USCIS will forward the approval noticed of my mom to National Visa Center (NVC). Am I in the right track of the paper works for my mom?
