Q: Can I file state taxes w/o my ITIN?
I am a spouse on a dependent visa. My husband and I have already filed our Federal tax returns (married filed jointly) along with my W-7 application. We have to now file our state (CA and NJ) taxes. Should we wait until I get my ITIN number from IRS or can we file right away?
