I know this lady who is married and had affair with another man and got pregnant... Her husband does not know this.. But she is in the process of being a citizen since her husband married to keep her in the U.S.. She has told the man she is prenant by that once she is a citizen she will leave her husband and be with him.What can happen to her if the immigration was to find out what she did.I think she also uses an alias to work.

Many people marry , have affairs and cheat, normally of course no one will have proof of this that can prove it,

So why are you trying to cause her trouble, what has she done to you ?

Because the man she got pregnant by is my ex hisband and we just got back together and he told me he was not seeing her but I found out he has all this time.So when we argue I tell him Im going to report her but then he tells me he wants to be with me but I know he just tells me that so because he doesn't want her to get in trouble.Now I just found out today that she has had the baby but has not told him.And that he is asking for a D & A test but she doesn't want one and had told him he should believe the baby is his and not her husband's.. Its not that I want to get her trouble.I just don't know if I should stay with him.Im scare once she is a citizen and leave's her husband my ex husband will run to be with her and he just has me there while he waits for her.

You can report it to immigration, but without any proof usable in court there is not much you can do

But if the baby is not her husband and the D & A is proff that it's my ex husband's what can happen with that.

Why not leave this mess to her and her husband... if they can prove the baby is not his, then biological father will be responsible for child support.

Well that's the thing my ex does not want to pay for child support so he would rather be with her.And no one knows about her being pregnant by other man.I would just like to know if she would get in trouble with her being a citizen.Now can my ex get in trouble for knowing she was using an alias to work because he hired her at his job and after they started having an affair she told him that was not her.. And he still kept letting her work there for another year.
