I was arrested for fraud under $5000 for a job I didn't finish it off.they gave me a trial date.what should I expect

Have you repaid the person for the funds ? Have you hired an attoreny ?

A lot will depend, on the actual size of the theft, a lot of difference in 50 dollars to 4900 dollars.

I didn't pay them back yet.it was 2 jobs which I start and wasn't complete.and they arrest me last night and they brought me to the police to give me trial date

First some may depend if they charge you with two courts or just combine into one charge.

Most likely probation and a fine and ordered to repay. But really need an attorney
