    Is It possible to create stored procedure and Triggers in MS Access help how it can be done.

    In my experience, I have never done stored procs and triggers in Access, or any PL/SQL functionality for that matter. Do a search on Access itself. Honestly, Oracle or using programs like SQL-Station is much better.

    You can create stored procedures using Jet 4, without a SQL Server database. USe ADODB to do this. Microsoft publish examples. See ACC2000: How to Use ADO to Create a Parameterized Jet Stored Procedure
