    About my lease
If my lease was up in April 2009 and no other agreement was made or sign between the landlord and I how many days notice do I have to give before I move out.

Depends on what the original lease said and where you live. Laws vary from place to place. The terms of the original lease still cover except for term and rental.

I live in Jacksonville Florida and the original just says it end on April 2009 and I found another place to live so if I am moving on March 15 do I still need to pay for February rent which is not due until the 15 of this month so would be my 30 day notice

If your lease didn't specify that you had to give a certain number of days notice if you didn't want to renew, then you have to give 30 days notice and it should be one full rental period. To be safe you should give notice tomorrow.

Yes, you need to pay rent right up until you vacate.
