    Wife gets 1099 c after she remarried
    My wife took out a loan 5 years ago before we got married now she gets a 1099c
    Under her madien name we already filed tax returns what will happen

    Wait for a month after you have filed the joint tax return. Then file amended tax return Form 1040X. File on or before April 15, 2010.
