Looking for an instruction manual for the Ultra by Murray snowblower, model F2250030 Code 5351

What do you need it for, you may be able to find an engine manual from Briggs, or don't they have some craftsman parts also?

Are there any other model numbers on it?

The blades on my blower are not turning.

More than likely your belt is slipping. You can find the belt under the black housing between the engine and the chute.

I'm also looking for a manual any luck?

If by "blades", you mean the augers.
Let's start with the obvious first...

Have you checked to make sure you haven't sheared off the bolts holding them to the shaft their on?
