    How to sue my bank
    My bank paid checks that were issued with another persons name on it but had my account information printed on the bottom the payments were credited to their credit card company the banks insurance lawyer told me I waited to long to discover it they said it was up to me to collect from individual I had nothing to gain from the transaction nor was I involved in the transaction retired banker told me law did not limit time if I was not involved in transaction live in Kansas

    Go back to this retired banker and ask him to cite the law he referred to. You can't take someone's word for this unless they are a lawyer (and even then you should check it). If you find there is not time frame (how long was it?) Then the next step is to determine your damages to see what court to use. So we need more info from you.
