I'm 15years old and have red skin around head of penis.. doesn't hurt or anything like that but how do I get it to go?I'v been using cream but it doesn't seem to work.. need help!!

Is it recent, or has it always been there?

Does it seem to feel numb as compared to the rest of the shaft?

Do you do anything abnormal that would affect that region, i.e. penis rings or fetishes?

Do you masturbate using chemical based lubricants i.e.. Soap?
