Only hot water comes out of my moretti singolo thermostatic shower. Everything is brand new and it has been suggested that I try changing around the feeds. i.e. I have got the hot and cold supplies around the wrong way?

I have exactly the same problem!! I just can't seem to find anyone to help, the plumber who installed it couldn't understand it, and just left me to it. And I get no joy when contacting moretti themselves.
