Misprinted paper money-missing green color on back
I have a one dollar bill that is fully printed on the back but only the seals in black and green with the serial numbers is printed on the front. It looks bleached out but the other colors aren't faded at all. It looks to be a bad impression of one particluar plate they were using. Is this common?
