In short... If you are a good cook, and you have been working as a cook in a decent hotel which
Has good record with immigration you can still get PR via employer sponsored or other visa categories.. Skilled independent categories.. is highly unlikely... so find a job as a cook in a decent hotel,
Hope that they agree to sponsor you...
