I'v been on S.S.&S.S.I. sense 1977.I received stimules pakage each year that it has been available.Nothing has changed medically,physically, my address. The only changes were the amount I recieveved from S.S.I $130 last year 09 to $48 a month now.Does that exclude me from stim;pakage this year.Or have they just not paid out yet.
