This movie was aired on the Disney channel sometime from very late 90's to 2000's. It was about the ghost of a girl from possibly the 60's who did not know she was dead. She haunts someone from her present day high school and he's the one to tell her she's dead. They fall in love and then at the end she finally moves on. I do remember that the song "Put your head on my shoulder" played at some point. If you can help that's greatly appreciated.
