The car starts runs 3000 rpms afther it warms up not as high. Then the idel gose up & down.

Start by cleaning the throttle plate, throttle body, and Idle Air Control Valve (IACV). Sometimes, cleaning the IACV doesn't work and it needs to be replaced. Ensure all ports are free of dirt build-up. Afterwards, change the air filter.
