My outside furnace will come on but no heat its like a valve is stuck. If I give the flow valve a slight tap on the bottom the furnace will light up, but when the thermostat reaches temp and turns off the start up has to be repeate. Sometimes it does fine , but rite now it won't even try to run . When it turns on the flame just flutters on then goes rite back off
