No need to post twice. You can help out in the math forums here if you wish, but I don't know of any sites where you can be a tutor without proper credentials, such as a teacher, for money.

You haven't actually said what your credentials are. Are you just "good" in math, or do you have a degree in it? Or even a degree in something else? Or in college right now?

I work for a place where we tutor online - that's what I actually do for a living. However, you have to have the credentials. What exact credentials depends on the department (I'm doing accounting so I don't know about the math), and also how badly they might or might not need anyone. But just "good math skills" isn't good enough. At a minimum, even if they're desperate, I'd say you'd have to be in college presently. (I don't have the degree they prefer - a masters - but I had experience so that helped.)

Of course, that's not stopping you from helping out here, whether you find some place else where you can get paid.

Just as an added note, if that's a direction you would like to go, you can always get some experience first. I doubt hanging out here is going to do much for your resume, but I mean like taking on private students in person. You can see if area schools/colleges have any kind of tutoring department, or just put up notices some place or in their school paper, that you would like to do it.

Doing something like that here, while not doing much for a resume, will at least help see if you can explain things, get experience doing so, and seeing if you like doing it.
