    I filed head of household and claimed my brother who's 30 and doesn't work, how much would I get for filing him?

    Each dependent you claim gives you a $3650 deduction. How this deduction correlates to what you'll "get" depends on your tax bracket. Also, filing as HoH rather nets you a lower tax bill compared to filing as single - but again, the amount of savings is dependent on your tax bracket.
