I remember seeing this movie as a child and it stuck in my memory. I think it's from the 80's.
There is this ship. Lightning storm hits two crewmen on it, and transports them into a past (maybe a future). I think now they need to travel back within a certain time frame or they'll be stuck in the past (or future) forever. There is this woman that helps them get back(She kind of looks like Meg Ryan). I think she might have had short curly hair.

This is all I remember. Perhaps it was man and a woman who were transported in time. If anyone knows what movie it is please help. Thanks.
