No you have no legal right to. Why didn't your mom ask for child support before this ?

Did you mom ever get a court order for support, the only thing she could collect at this point is support that was ordered from the orgianal court order years ago. And some states will have SOL if no attempts have been made to collet

So your mom may depending upon your state law, attempt to collect past support from an court order she would have gotten when you were young

You have no legal standing for support from your father that is to be paid to the custodial parent not the child. Did your mom go to court while you were still a minor and get an order for support that he just never paid? If so then she might be able to collect the arrears from him but if she never went it is way to late to ask for child support now.
