I have a keeprite dc90. I have replaced the igniter 3 weeks ago at 100.00 and today just replaced the ventor motor because left me with no heat last night. But I still get a poof on ignition start what could that be. Could it be a cracked heat exchanger, and if so is that a part that keeprite was replacing under warranty.Safety reasons I have a family

The poof I think is a delayed ignition but what is that from, gas valve. The poof sounds like thunderand onlyn on start up

The gas pressure could be incorrect or the burner needs to be serviced. Many different possibilitys
