My 2 year olds skin around the back of her neck looked like she had been burnt out of no where. It then spread just a very small amount just to the lower part of her neck and to one side. It then started to turn a brown color and is peeling it also looks as if she may have paper cut size cuts in it? Does this sound like anything common?

Could she have caused an abrasion from friction of her shirt around the skin on the back of her neck, while pulling and twisting, trying to take her clothes off?
