    Loss of water in kitchen
We were getting ready for Thanksgiving today and all of the sudden, the water in the kitchen sink just stopped. All the other water sources inside and outside of the house are working fine; no loss of pressure. The water going to the refrigerator is working but the dishwasher supply is coming in very slowly. We've checked and cleaned the faucet and still not even a drop.

I would think that a clog would have caused slowly decreasing pressure but this was sudden and went from full pressure to nothing.

Any thoughts? We'd like to know what to look for before having to call out a plumber.

    Thank you.

"We've checked and cleaned the faucet and still not even a drop."
Do you mean that you took the faucet apart and cleaned the seats or the inlet ports on the cartridge or did you just remove the aerator from the spout and check the screens? Have you checked the supplies to see if you have pressure up to the faucet? If you have a loss of pressure to the dishwasher I would say the problem's in the branches. Good luck and happy turkey day.
