I have very irregular periods my period was on jan 8 had sex with boyfriend on jan 15-16 and jan 22 he did the withdrawal method.a few days later I had spotting and strong cramps so bad I took a pain reliever. Now I have some dizzy spells occasionally low blood sugar after I've eaten and still sore breast and cramps on and off. Since my periods are irregular I don't know if I should get a pregnancy test or not ?

Take a HPT to put your mind at ease. Your symptoms could be a number of things other than pregnancy. Premenstrual symptoms just to name one.
