I was half awake and I looked at my chair and I saw a black figure [non humanoid] and formless, sitting on my chair next to my bed. He had a face although it was the only part of his body that was remotely human. His face was pale white. And his eyes were huge. He was emotionless except his mouth was slightly hanging. His black body was like a blanket draped on a stone pillar. He looked like he was watching me intently, observing as I slept. I saw him and quickly looked away,after that I still saw him by the corner of my eye. Then he darted right at my face and all I see is his scary face. I was so scared, I was paralyzed and felt my whole body literally quivering. I closed my eyes but I still saw him in my head and I felt his presence. So I prayed the Our Father and I opened my eyes and it was gone. Can you explain to me what just happened?

My eyes were half open and why did I see it come up to my face?
I was literally shaking. And I've had more experiences like this, except this was the worst.

If it wasn't a nightmare, it sounds like an evil spirit. That is quite a detailed description you gave.

Do you watch a lot of scary shows or read scary books? If so, those images can stay in your head and be brought to your subconcious mind more than you can control.

I believe it could be either, but tend to go on the imagination based on past TV shows, first, before the possibility of the paranormal.

It was a Jinn, they are demons they have very strong powers and usually in a form of a creature, they can posses you while sleeping where you can move, talk or breath sometimes it last a few minutes it used to happen to me a lot where they hold my hands down sit on my chest choking me and I can't seem to fight it off they do this because your faith in god is not strong this is where your weak and they are not afraid of you it sounds silly but its real I thought I was losing my mind I was having my hair pulled, slapt, bites I was not praying then now I pray before I get into bed from my heart my belief in god is stronger and now they are no match for god and his powers pray from you heart does not matter what religion you are there is one god, they will leave they only grow stronger if your beliefs get weaker. Let me know if you want more info I know a lot about them and I can give you some prayers to say they will leave you alone I promise.
