I'm assuming you are referring to theatrical movies. All such movies are still under copyright protection. Therefore, distributing them for free would be illegal.

Yes, it's called TV shack

TV Shack doesn't seem to offer movies, only links to other sites that offer them. The only place I saw that you could actually see the move was advertiser supported so you had to sit through ads within the move.
