    Dependent ITIN number for Tax Return
    Right now my kids only have ITIN numbers and not Social Security Numbers, Can I use just their ITIN numbers in putting them as my dependents for my Tax returns?

    If they are not eligible to get SSN, use ITIN.
    If they get SSN, stop using ITIN and use SSN.
