    Selling home under dueress
I sold my home to my son-in-law and daughter with the understanding that we (self&wife) would remain in the home until both our deaths. Now they are divorcing and it seens we may be out in the cold. We have no written agreement, only oral.
My question, is there any way we can claim "sold under duress"? We live in the state of Florida. Thank You!

Where there threats to harm you, did they hold a gun to your head, of course not, you made a poor business choice, obviouisly did not use a real estate attorney to properly do all the documents giving you right to live thiere to death ( should have been on the deed and in a written contract)

But of course if they paid you for the house, then you have that money in the bank to get another house.
