I have a 90 series Kenmore washing machine, as well I still have the owner's manual and it was of no use for the problem. When the washer is in a wash or rinse cycle the agitator
Still turns slowly but there is a clicking sound with every move of the agitator. In the spin cycle it turns as it should.
