    I am on H1B from first oct 2009, can I fill 1040EZ for 2009 tax return?
    I am from sep 2008 on J1 and from oct 2009 on H1B visa, can I fill 1040-EZ for tax return for 2009, I did this form for 2008.

    Negative; assuming you are single, you must file Forms 1040NR-EZ and 8843 one last time.
