My doors just have a bottom track and it is rusted in one section causing it to bump when opening or shutting it. It is a tripple track with three 4 foot doors. Why can't I get a new track made ?

Did u check wheels on bottom of door? Wheel may be broken or have a piece missing.

Sand away rust and paint with Rustoleum

If u want to change bottom track, u need to name of manufacturer of door unit. Would have to remove unit frame to replace.
