I am 9dpo 2 days ago I woke up crying in pain in my breast they hurt really really bad and this morning out of the blue I have a very bad sore throat I ve heard that woman have this early on in pregnancy and I have never had this much pain in my breasts before AF is do also my body aches mostly in my back any advice would help I have unprotected sex with my husband almost everyday

Could you be getting a cold and pms? I don't know about where you are, but around my area, it's totally cold and flu season still.

I'm in orange county. It's still cold and flu season. I'd relax, stress doesn't help your body, especially if you are in fact pregnant. If your period doesn't come, take a test.
