    Wiring a stick welder
    My welder is a Lincoln spec on machine reads 45 amps 230 volt imput I live in the US my length of wire will be approx 20ft what size wire and breaker do I need for this

    This welder requires it's own circuit. It should be a dbl. pole 50 amp breaker. # 6 copper wire will be sufficient. If this is the AC 225 welder, it should already have a 50amp plug attached to the wire.
