Kenmore 2213893000 24" Built-In Dishwasher w/ SmartWash™ Cycle - 1389

New Brand dishwasher - Does not seem to dry completely even with heat dry on. Water remains on door and small amount in the bottom and on the upper arm. Is this normal or should it be completely dry? The Knnmore that I replaced was much cheaper and it always came out completely dry.
