Can you help me please? Over the past 12 months I have been experiencing what I call a "Burning/Hot Face". This sensation only effects my face and no other part of the body, I do not perspire and it can last up to an hour 2/3 times a night. I can obtain temporary relief by placing a cold flannel over my face. It is a long time since I have had a decent nights sleep. I have tried sleeping tablets but the heat still wakes me up. My doctor and a number of specialists/tests have been unable to find an answer.

Have you tried sleeping in a cool room? You might find that you can sleep better in a room cooled to around 60 degrees F or 15.5 degrees C.
