My sister have this dog and today it popped really sticky as if it were melted chocolate ,and she was sort of cryng on her bed ,she is not in my room so I don't see if she is been doing her necessities everyday
It's a small dog brown and black ,my sister probably won't call the doctor because she hates me ,what can I do to find a free veterinary?:( what do you think in helping is wrong or do you think she is OK that maybe she is not drinking enough water but I always see her drinking water ,if there are some doctor s out there and would like to comment .thanx you re big help

There is no free vet.
Your sister needs to take her dog to the vet. Why would she neglect this if she doesn't like you? That has nothing to do with it.

Is because she doesn't listen ,she doesn't even care about me when I to talk to her to see if she can help me because I have problems in my own life and need a job to fix these problems in my crazy house,she refused to help me with my cat that died because she refused to take me to the vet some days before my kitty died when I took her in the bus it was late and I would have help my cat sooner only she was sick the day I last saw her because all she had before was mange ,I know I am not alone and you still can help me ,thanks for your reply

If your sister is that irresponsible you could always threaten to call the SPCA on her (whether the threat be real or just trying to scare her)
Not giving an animal veterinary care when it's sick is animal cruelty and the SPCA would take action on her and seize the dog.

I agree with Shaz, threaten to call the SPCA, or animal control. And follow through with that threat if she doesn't get help for her dog.

I found this stool softener pill bottle right where I could see it and my mother and my family kind of hate so they been doing things behind my back to tell later the police that I am crazy and need pills ,it was just like I told you my sister and her boyfriend said they called the vet and to wait for a week watching if she still was sick I am going to email the police what do you think ,I am going to do it ,don't know if I could really call a place where they'd take the dog away ,I tried to sell some of my stuff for money I can't even take the bus,my mother every time I said something that's truthful she says I am crazy and that I need pills ,you can't imagine how many time I have forgiven her when she acts nice to me

Like we said, call the SPCA, not the police, they will be able to do more about an animal cruelty case than the police can.

Do they have legal aid in the states?
This sounds like it goes beyond the dog...

My family are framing me and getting dissability money easily ,they lie about me and the police only listens to them even the judge so they try to make me take pills since 2004 ,listen if I see that the dog its kind of sick again I'll call I don't have a phone ,but I'll try to call from the street ,yeah man I hope my complete family disapears soon ,soon as I get a job I am going not see them again not even my family from another country ,my grandfathers are here from my country and they didn't care when I got taken away last time as a matter of fact they re on my mother,s side.

I am really confused. It sounds like you are not in a very good living condition, OR you in fact really are sick.
It must feel aweful being in your situation, but I think you need to speak to some legal council. I think you need to speak with a counseler, or who even your counselar for the disability that your family is stealing...
These are pretty serious accusations, and if you are indeed in this situation, you need to get out and find some help!

I called and they said go to the cops ,to the person who told me it was best to call spca
I was thinking also go to petsmart ,last time I told the cops I had a cat home they didn't care

We suggested you go the SPCA to inform them about the neglagence towards the animal at your family's house. Is this what you are talking about?
