    Why the reset button on a water heater kick
    My water heater is 4yrs. 6 months. Old and kick the reset botton off.
    Evry 4-8 days.

    I think it is letting you know to go shopping at Home Depot. There is always a 1:10,000 chasnce it's a bad reset but usually means your element(s) is going. Do you want to repair or replace?
