    I get a oension of $144 and ss retirement of$1400, can they be garnished by car finan
    If I get $144 co, pension and social security retirement of $1400,can the car finance co garnish them if they repo my car that I cannot pay the $500 a month for?

    They can garnish the pension but not your Social Security Retirement benefits.
