I had rhinoplasty nine months ago and it result to a bent septum, One of my nostrils is closed and I have problems Breathing, the Dr that did the rhinoplasty says that it will be OK later on, give it some time... but I don't feel it is getting any better, What can I do? Can I sue him? Please help.

You can go to a malpractice attorney and ask if you have legal grounds to sue. Every lawsuit I've ever seen involving plastic surgery involved a very complicated medical release which does not allow a lawsuit unless the surgical results are totally out of line. Also, medical malpractice cases are VERY expensive to sue - you need other medical testimony to contradict what your surgeon will say.

Nine months is also not long enough for your nose to heal.

Get another opinion from another Doctor before you go ahead with a potential lawsuit.
