    Kenmore dishwasher diagnostic codes restore
I used the Diagnostics code to determine a problem on my Kennmore Dishwasher and now when I run it, the dishwasher will not advance past the wash cycle. Everything is working fine, the heating element etc are all good. I just need to know how to get it out of diagnostics mode or to reset it to its defaults. Entering it you hit sani rinse and air dry 2 times, all the lights blink.

I'm having the same problem (won't go beyond wash cycle), except I never entered any diagnostic codes. Where do you get the diagnostic codes? If you get an answer to your issue, could you share it with duke245. Thanks

You can enter the diagnostics code by hitting sani rinse and then air dry then sani rinse and air dry again. The panel will blink and then you are in. I don't know how to get out though, so I highly recommend you don't do that unless you get the answer on how to get out. If you do, please share. Also, sometimes dishwashers not moving beyond the wash cycle is caused by a bad heating element. Is the water hot while its running?
