I have had 2 evictions in 4 months time... I was supposed to go to court today for my 2nd eviction but I had a funeral.. will I go to jail.. it is kenton county courts

No, you do not go to jail for an eviction. You can go to jail only for criminal cases. An eviction is a civil case, not criminal. When you lose a criminal case it costs you your freedom. When you lose a civil case it only costs you money.

Lisa is 100% correct, but I'm not clear here about something. What do you mean you had 2 evictions? Did your landlord try to evict you for non payment but you paid up then fell behind again? Or are you being evicted from a second home? Or what?
