I have no water pressure, just a trickle
My wife went to take a shower and it had no pressure. I came home and cked the pressure gauge on system it was at 45psi, I shut off pump and let water run till it dropped down to 30 and pump switch turned on and pump kicked in. Still pressure week. I then shut down water to water softner, no change then cked tank and it has air and has aprox 38 psi but I did not drain it completely out so that should be OK. Any help would be great, as I don't know what to check

You have most likely debris in your shower head. Remove shower head, clean it. Also, thery may be a filter screen inserted into the threaded nipple of the head. Make sure it is clean, too...

Once you remove shower head, run water for few seconds w/o it installed. You will flush any debris that may still be inside the pipe...

The issue is with the whole house not just the shower. That is just when she noticed it. I have no pressure anywhere in the house, just a trickle.

Did you bypass the water softener?

Also, do you have a shut off valve going to the house?
