I'm trying to remember the name of a Hallmark movie I watched that I know had Rob Lowe in it. It is about a woman that has a blind daughter, and Rob Lowe's character and this woman are actually childhood friends, but they don't remember. And Rob Lowe's father just disappears after a car accident, and he is living as a homeless person, because he hit and killed a woman and her child. The guy and his father end of reuniting. Or maybe it's the woman's father??
