    Lanlord breaching lease agreement
I live in Mississippi. I signed a year lease. Since the 1st month of moving in I have had "CRITTERS". They have continued to spray but they won't leave, I have three months on my lease and I can't take anymore. I signed a thirty days notice of vacating my apt. my landlord says he's going to keep my deposit, and I gtta pay 1months rent too. I feel he's breahing my lease agreement because I'm living with critters. And they're not on the lease. If I take it to court can I win?

Maybe, who has sprayed, a professional company , if so he can show he has done "all" he can to try and fix the issue, also you may need photos showing how bad the "critters " are
