Hello, I am non resident alien from India, working as an intern using my CPT from May 2009. I was enrolled as full time student in 2009. I am wondering can I get full refund as significant amount has been held by federal and state. Last time I got the full refund when I used turbo tax but this time turbo tax is showing only 10-15% refund? Also what is best way to file the taxes to get the full refund?

You can not file your tax return through Turbo Tax. You must file nonresident tax return Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and send paper return. Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
