An ex-boyfriend of mine and I were arrested on disordly conduct charges a few months ago... he was on parole (sentenced 5 years suspended after (he had served 2 1/2 years in state prison for false report of an incdent and violation of a protective order) and was sent back to jail until his parole was over. My charges were dismissed, he was found guilty and given 6 months probation on top of the 3 years he had been give when he was released after his parole was through. He just got arrest again for 3rd degree assault and disordly conduct (he still is on probation) will they send him back to jail? What can I do to make sure he goes back... he is a menice to society and has a very long criminal record.

I don't think you have a thing to worry about. He will no doubt serve some substantial time now.
