I'm going to need a better explanation then that.
Will this 70 foot drain line from a wash basin run to a stack , a open sump pump or a closed ejector pit?
    More details please. Tom

70" of drain line runs to an existing stack. Water will drain into closed ejector pit and be pumped up to new drain line which derminates into existing stack. New drain line will have a vent through the roof at end of run,new drain is sloped 1/4 inch per foot. Hope that's enough for you to answer my question.
    Thanks Tom

Assuming the drain line's 2" You will have to run a vent within 5' of the trap. this vent can either revent back into a existing dry vent or you could install a AAV, (air admittance vent) on the line. Maintain 1/4" fall to the foot. Good luck, tom
