Liablity, yes, you need that, and coverage of the items you own in the store, shelf, equipment and even coverage of the stock of others, if you do something and destroy it.
Assuming you are renting a commercial building, perhaps even glass breakage, most commercial rentals the renter is liable for glass damage ( not in all cases)
Yes, you definitely want liability coverage! You're going to want coverage for an approximate value of merchandise that you will have on hand at any one time.
